Requesting Service for Your IconProAudio Device: An RMA Guide
Important: RMA Required for All Service Returns
To ensure a smooth and efficient service experience, it's essential that all customers obtain an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping any units back for service.
An RMA is Required for all US and Canadian Service. For Repairs and Service in other countries, please contact your dealer or regional distributor for instructions on how to proceed with service.
How to Request an RMA:
- Contact Support First: Before sending any equipment, please initiate contact with our support team. In many cases, troubleshooting will be required before an RMA can be approved. This helps diagnose the issue and, if possible, resolve it without the need for repair service.
