Generally this can be cleared up by updating the firmware, though this can be an issue if the device cannot be detected on the second system. The user should download the latest iMap on their working system, update their device, and then test with their device fully updated on their second system to see if this resolves the problem.
To locate iMap for download you will go to the main page of your Icon Pro Audio device. Once on the main page you will locate the menu, from there you will select the downloads tab. On this tab is you will find the downloads for the iMaps on Mac or PC. Once iMaps is downloaded you will locate the app for the specific Icon Pro Audio iMaps you downloaded. From there you will open up the iMap and the firmware upgrade button will be located at the bottom of the iMap.
