Due to ongoing compatibility problems with Windows 7 and 8 with specific USB hardware, some updating might be necessary to make your devices work correctly.

Please try these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

• Try using a different USB port on your computer
• Upgrade the USB drivers for your computer and Windows
• Use a USB Hub which is known to be compatible with Windows 7 and 8
