Occasionally, users prefer to use their Platform series control surfaces without the motorized faders. If the firmware on your Platform Nano is up to date, it is very simple to disable and re-enable the motorized fader. 

As of firmware version 1.06, to disable the motor on your Platform Nano fader press and hold the "<" button when turning the unit on to disable the motor. To enable the motor, simply press and hold the ">" button when turning the unit on.
