For users faced with strange software based bugs in Logic Pro X, which are resistant to other solutions, are suggested to delete the following file.

Close your DAW and other software which may be running, search your Mac for a file named com.apple.logic.pro.cs. Delete this file, then reconfigure Logic with your control surface.
