If you are able to use your Platform M or M+ to adjust levels and parameters in your software, but changes made in your software do not effect your control surface, please double check to make sure the included power supply for your Platform M+ is connected, plugged in, and receiving adequate power.

It's important to remember that your Platform M+ will function with the power it receives from your USB cable, but the motorized faders themselves require this additional power from the power supply.
