Some users occasionally experience issues with their DAW, or features on with their Icon Pro Audio devices, after updating their firmware. This is typically because updating firmware can cause hiccups in the configuration.
Generally, this can be solved by removing your device from your DAW settings, and reconfiguring the device.
Please be sure that your device is set to the correct mode, and you have correctly configured your device.
If you are using a USB hub it is important to connect your device directly and test to see if your hub is causing the issues.
