QCON SERIES: QCon Pro & QCon EX: How to adjust brightness of LCD display on QCon Pro & Ex
There is a small knob on the main board inside the QCon Pro Ex that will allow users to adjust the brightness of your LCD screen. To access the knob, you must remove the top aluminum panel of the QCon, then you can adjust the brightness with a small screwdriver or flat tool.

This little potentiometer adjust display contrast, not its brightness / backlight intensity. I have an issue where two QCon devices look very different side by side - one has bright blue screen, another has much darker blue screen. Any advices? I can solder rome resistors or add potentiometer if needed, just direct me a bit, dont want to waste a life with figuring it out by myself.
