Can't edit the MIDI controllers without it! yohan pant January 07, 2017 21:46 i need the imap software for mac osx i dont have a cd drive on my mac Gustav Wahlstrom January 27, 2017 12:26 As previous users mentioned, where is the iMap software for Mac OS X? I need it as well. Mike Peterson January 31, 2017 08:03 Disappointed in the company ICON! Totally NO reaction on emails questions!!! Why do you sell products like the Icon Platform M when there is no support at all from the company? No drivers/ firmware for mac users, but when you buy the product they tell you that it's no problem to run it on mac.😡 Robmuell February 07, 2017 16:11 Yeah i am in the same situation. The support of icon is abysmal!!! I will advise anybody i know against buying products from icon pro audio. No feedback from the support. Last drivers i found were from 2015. I think i switch to focusrite. Herr Kaschke February 10, 2017 13:07 Hi where is the actual firmware installer and imap software for osx. there is NO compatible software on the disk inside the package nor online in downloads. how should i update my firmware without any software. how can i change and edit the controllersettings with my os. As you describe in the product information there is "iMapTMsoftware included for easy mapping of MIDI functions" and you could do a "Firmware upgrade.." when "..available simply via USB connection and iMapTM software" which is "Class-compliant with Windows XP, Vista (32-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit & 64-bit), Windows 8 (32-bit & 64-bit), Windows 10 (64-bit) and Mac OS X". So?
